Operationally, the office engages top-tier external service providers, advisors, and custodians to maintain robust risk management and best-practice stewardship of assets.

MNM holds a concentrated set of direct positions. Each is an operating business with a structural demand tailwind, taken where MNM brings either industry knowledge or an active board role.
Positions are selected individually and pass compliance and governance review before commitment. MNM invests for influence, not exposure. The principle is a governance position with a board seat in every private company held, and a structured path to increase the holding over time. Positions are taken as meaningful minority stakes, typically from 20 percent upward. Where an initial commitment sits below that level, it is taken as a first tranche with a defined path to a larger holding.
Fr8Labs operates in a field MNM knows from the inside, freight forwarding, an industry still run on email and spreadsheets and now consolidating onto unified software. CLTLife addresses demand for structures that can be built fast, moved, and delivered into environments where conventional construction is too slow. Padel or Die holds physical assets in a sport growing fast enough to support a second market.
Competition-grade padel courts in Seinäjoki and Kokkola, indoor and outdoor, with its own club structure. The company is established in its home market, and the position is held with a view to extending the brand into Asia Pacific, where padel participation is growing from a low base. The intention is a network of competition-grade facilities with an initial focus on Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
INNOVATION · VENTURES
MNM Concept
Modular building from cross-laminated timber at its Seinäjoki facility. The product line serves housing and worksite accommodation, with the company positioning across industrial, marine, agricultural, and humanitarian and emergency response applications, covering deployable medical facilities, field accommodation and relocatable infrastructure. The demand case is speed of erection, relocatability and lower embodied carbon than conventional construction.
Freight-forwarding software. The platform is deployed with more than 150 forwarders across more than 20 countries, spanning operations, customer engagement and AI automation. The commitment converts to equity on a future financing or liquidity event.
